A Middle Ripening Pear Cultivar‘Shannongcui’

Abstract: ‘Shannongcui’ is a new pear variety breeded from hybrid progenies of ‘Whangkeumbae’and ‘Wonhuwang’. The fruit is round or oblate,its average fruit weight is 445.6 g. It has a yellowish brown background color. Flesh is thin crisp,white. The soluble solids content is 15%. It has a very good quality.The fruit development period is about 150 days. It ripens in late August in Guanxian of Shandong.
