Abstract: ‘Yonggao 2’is a new cultivar of Brassica juncea var. integlifolia selected from Japanese‘Sanchi Chisuomian’. It has gone through 6 generations of selectively breeding from 2002 to 2008. Its growing period is about 190 days. Its plant is semi-upright type. The plant weight is about 1.5 kg. The colour of right nervation is amaranth. It is tolerant to cold and immaturity bolting. It has higher resistant to soft rot disease than‘Sanchi Chisuomian’. The quality of cure is excellent. Its yield is about 75 t · hm^-2. It is suitable for cultivation in the Yangtze River valley，south China and southwest China.
