Abstract: The methods and advances of QTL mapping in edible fungi were summarized,It was also suggested that QTL mapping should be carried out using different segregation populations, based on the high-density linkage map constructed by molecular markers with high stability and repeatability。

Key words: edible fungi, genetic linkage map, QTL mapping, mapping population
