Studies of Mechanism of Systemic Resistance in Cucmber Induced by Pseudomonas syringae pv.1achryrnas

Abstract: Systemic resistance of cucumber can be evoked when only one of the leaves inoculated by Pseudomonas syringae pv.1achryrnas, and the effect of protection is related with induced intervals, interval 24,48h has better effect. After induced inoculating , the content or activity of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), Superoxide anion (NO2-), lipoxygenase (LOX) in inoculated leaf and it's upper,lower leaves (non-induced leaves) were much higher than control. Meanwhile, the content of salicylic acid increase obviously.
