Abstract: Various explants of ‘Yulu’peach including leave , young shoot , hypocotyl , ovule , ovary , endosperm, immature embryo collected approximately 45 - 50 days or 75 days after full bloom , and mature embryo were cultured in vitro. As a result , only the white nodular callus derived from immature embryos collected 45 - 50 days and 75 days after bloom succeeded in producing adventitious buds , and the regeneration rates of white callus were 73. 8 %
and 15. 5 % respectively. 62BA had stronger effect than KT in inducing adventitious bud formation. Adventitious shoots were transferred and cultured to plantlets. Effect of different hormone , carbon source , medium and transfer time on redifferentiation of adventitious buds from callus derived from immature embryos have been discussed.
