Abstract: The Dendrobium‘Bulang’is a new cultivar bred through artificial hybridization,using the Den. tortile（red flower with white lip）as the female parent and the Den. nobile（white flower）as the male parent. Its main distinct characteristics are that the sepals and petals exhibit weak twisting,and the lip has a type Ⅵ curve. The plant is of medium size. The stems are 25-47 cm long. The leaves are coriaceous（leathery）and oblong-elliptic,measuring 9.2-10.6 cm in length and 1.6-2.3 cm in width. The flower diameter is 5.6-6.2 cm. The labellum（lip）is sub-orbicular（nearly round）,white（2015RHS NN155C）,with a pink suffusion at the base（2015RHS 55C）. The new cultivar flowers in April and May. It is suitable for epiphytic cultivation on trees or rocks in forests,or in simple facilities,in areas below 1 200 meters above sea level in Dehong Prefecture and Baoshan City,Yunnan Province.
