Abstract: The new citrus variety‘Jinlegan’is derived from a branch mutant of‘Shiranuhi’. The fruit is seedless，obovate shaped，covered with golden-yellow peel. Most of the fruit is short-necked. The average single fruit weight is 280.4 g. Content of both total soluble solids（TSS）and titratable acid（TA）is higher than that of‘Shiranuhi’at the same stage. However，TA content declined slower. The highest content of TSS is 15.7%，and the lowest content of TA is 8.5 g • L-1. The texture of fruit pulp is crisper and more tender than that of‘Shiranuhi’. It matures in the mid-late April in Danling County，Sichuan Province，one month later than‘Shiranuhi’.‘Jinlegan’is high yielding，and can reach 37 500–45 000 kg • hm-2. It possessed moderate resistance to citrus canker.
