Abstract:

‘Guang’anqing’is a new excellent and indigenous Chinese prickly ash cultivar which was derived from Guang’an District,Sichuan Province. The fruit cluster length is 9.2 cm,grain number per fruit cluster is 68,thousand dry fruit peel weight is 15.774 g,volatile oil content is 7.39%,and with rich aroma and lasting spicy. The fresh production of its full bearing period crown projection area could reach 1.7 kg ? m-2. It has high adaptability to high temperature and drought condition. It is suitable to plant in the mountain and hill in Guang’an District and the ambitus region where has similar climate.
