摘要: 过去近20年,马铃薯病毒病和病毒引起的种薯退化成为了影响马铃薯生产的重要问题之一。对马铃薯的抗病毒类型、抗性机制和主要抗性基因等方面的进展进行了综述,以期为理解马铃薯与病毒的互作关系,利用抗性资源和抗性基因,培育抗性品种和发展更有效的病毒防治策略提供参考。

关键词: 马铃薯, 病毒, 抗性机制

Abstract: Viral diseases and virus-caused seed potato degeneration have become one of the major constraints to production during the rapid development of potato industry in China in last two decades. This paper reviews the major types of resistance in potato against viruses and the recent progress in understanding of resistance genes and resistance mechanisms. It should provide useful information on understanding of the potato-virus interactions and,moreover,the utilization of resistant germplasms/genes for development of new cultivars and strategies for better control of viral diseases in potato crop.
