高压静电场和亚精胺处理对冬枣颜色变化的影响

摘要: 采用CLELAB表色系统,测定了高压静电场和亚精胺处理对冬枣颜色变化的影响。结果表明,各处理对CIELAB表色系统中的L、a、b、Ea,影响不同,同对照相比较,亚精胺处理和高压静电场处理均能抑制冬枣颜色由绿转红,但亚精胺处理的效果比高压静电场处理的效果好。

Abstract: We studied the color-changing regulation of‘Dongzao’jujube and evaluated several treatments such as high-voltage smile electric field (HVSEF)and spermidine.The results showed that each treatment has special efect on each index of CIELAB system.Th e result of chromatic aberration shows that spermidine is the best chemical to keep the color of ‘Dongzao’jujube and high—voltage smile electric field hardly can keep the color of ‘Dongzao’jujube.
