黄瓜叶片光合作用的温度补偿点与光合启动时间

The Temperature Compensation Point and the Start Time of Photosynthesis of Cucumber Leaves

摘要: 利用英国PP system公司生产的CIRAS-1型便携式光合仪并配置有关设备,在控温、控光条件下,对黄瓜叶片的光合起动时间、温度补偿点及其某些影响因素进行了测定。结果表明,黄瓜低温温度补偿点约为3.3 ℃ ,高温温度补偿点为48.9~50.7℃。日光温室品种新泰密刺的高温温度补偿点低于露地品种津研4号。低温下老叶的温度补偿点明显高于新叶。黄瓜功能叶的光合作用的起动时间一般在42~45 min,而老叶则相对较长,约54~60 min。

Abstract: Under controlling temperature and light intensity conditions , the temperature compensation point (TCP)and the star time of photosynthesis(STP) of cucumber leaves have been studied by nsms a CIRAS-1 portable photosynthetic instruments which manufactured by PP system company of England.The results showed that the TCP of cucumber leaves 3.3℃ at low temperature(3—15 and 400 μmol·m -2·s PFD)and 48.9—50.7℃ at high temperature(40—48 and 1300 μmol·m -2·s PFD)respectively. efect of low temperature
0n TCP in diferent cucumber varieties was smal1.TCP of CV.‘Xintai mici’,a solar greenhouse variety,was relativelv lower at high temperature than that of the ‘Jinyan 4’, an open-field variety. The TCP of cucumber of old
leaf Was higher than that of young leaf under low temperature.Generally,the stal~time of photosynthesis(namely,Pn from zero to maximum) in cucumber functional leaf was 42—45 min,but that in old lear was 54—60 min.
