摘要:

国兰是中国传统文化的物质载体,栽培历史悠久,市场前景广阔。20世纪80年代以前,国兰育种采用引种驯化和选择育种方法进行。近年来,国兰在有性杂交育种、诱变育种、多倍体育种、细胞工程育种和分子育种等方面取得了重要进展,培育出一批花大、观花期长、易繁殖、适合产业化、大众化和国际化发展需求的新品种。本文综述了国兰育种的历史和研究进展,展望了育种未来,为推动国兰育种和产业高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract:

Chinese Cymbidium,a symbol of traditional Chinese culture,has a long cultivation history and promising market prospects. Before the 1980s,breeding of Chinese Cymbidium was primarily achieved through introduction and domestication and selection breeding. In recent years,significant progress has been made in areas such as sexual hybridization breeding,mutation breeding,polyploid breeding,cell engineering breeding and molecular breeding. As a result,dozens of new cultivars have been developed,characterized by large flowers,long florescence,high micropropagation efficiency and suitability for industrialization,popularization,and international development. This article reviews the history of Chinese Cymbidium breeding,summarizes key advancements,and explores future prospects,offering valuable insights for promoting the high-quality development of both breeding and its associated industry.
