草莓抗白粉病的离体鉴定及农药的筛选

Leaf Disc Assay for Identification of Resistance of Strawberry to PowderyMildew and Screening of Fungicides

摘要: 将草莓白粉菌孢子抖落或喷雾接种在直径1 cm草莓叶盘上,放到铺有湿滤纸的培养皿中密封
后在2ooc、光照3000 lx(16 h/d)的条件下培养7 d后进行鉴定。‘丰香’、‘章姬’、‘全明星’等草莓品
种的离体鉴定结果与这些品种田问对白粉病抗性表现一致。离体筛选杀菌剂的结果表明,氟硅唑和腈菌唑
防治草莓白粉病的效果较好。

Abstract: The strawberry leaf discs, diameter 1 am ,were inoculated with the conidia of strawberry
powdery mildew (Sphaerotheca macular~)by spraying or shaking of,and then were transferred to Petri
plates containing wet filter paper. The leaf discs were cultured at 20℃ with a 1 6 h photoperiod at a light intensity
of 30O0 lX. The colonies on the inoculated leaf discs were observed clearly 7 days after inoculation.
The resistance of detached leaf discs of strawberry cultivars ‘Toyonoka’. ‘Akihime’ and ‘Allstar’ to pow—
dery mildew was consistent with the behavior of these cuhivars in field. The result of screening of fungicides
by leaf disc assay showed that flusilazol and myclobutanil were effective fungicides for control of powdery rail—
dew on strawberry.
