摘要: 研究了不同营养水平下山葵幼龄植株及其不同部位对主要矿质元素(N、P、K、Ca、Mg) 的吸收与分配特性。结果表明, 山葵为喜K 植物, 叶片以N、Ca、Mg 的含量和吸收量较高, 叶柄和根部则以K 含量和吸收量较高。随着营养供应水平的提高, 植株及各部位对矿质元素吸收量增加, 并在低营养水平下表现明显, 但营养水平对各元素在不同部位的分配比例影响不大, 对N、P、K 吸收比例也没有显著影响。

Abstract: The main mineral element absorption and distribution property in various parts of Wasabi ( Wasabia japonica Matsum) plant under different nutrient levels were studied. The results showed that Wasabi was a kind of plant that was fond of K、Ca、Mg. Absorption amount of N、Ca、Mgwas high in leaf, but the absorption amount of K is high in root and petiole. Absorption amount of
mineral elements in various parts of Wasabi plant were raised with nutrition level rising, especially under lower concentration of nutritive solution. Effect of nutrient level on distribution percentage of all mineral elements in different parts of plant was not remarkable, and also not on absorption percentage
of N, P, K.
