摘要:
探讨了不同类型启动子的结构特性及其在基因功能研究、代谢工程和基因编辑(CRISPR/ Cas9)中的作用,并总结了启动子研究的内容及方法,以期为深入理解和研究植物启动子的结构特性和调控机制提供帮助。
