摘要: 依靠人眼视觉判定叶片颜色并分级存在一定的难度和不准确性。为探究叶片颜色定量化、数字化定义的可行性,利用色差仪对56份青花菜和74份花椰菜种质资源进行了叶片颜色参数(L*a*b*C*H* E*)的采集和计算,并进一步结合相关表型性状进行颜色特征分析。结果表明,色差仪测定参数值能准确反映出青花菜叶片蓝绿色与绿色、灰绿色的区别,也能有效地表征花椰菜叶片颜色深浅特征,其中a*b*值可作为青花菜和花椰菜叶片颜色识别的重要参考。同时,叶面蜡粉性状也会影响叶片颜色识别,蜡粉越多,b*值越小,叶片颜色更偏蓝绿色。L*值能作为区分青花菜和花椰菜叶片的有效参考。因此,色差仪测定参数可以一定程度反映青花菜和花椰菜叶片颜色的相关特征,且避免感官判断的主观性和不准确性,为青花菜和花椰菜叶片颜色及其相关性状的数字化描述判定和定量分析提供参考。

Abstract: The visual assessment of leaf color by the human eye presents inherent challenges and inaccuracies. To explore the feasibility of quantitative and digital definition of leaf color,this study collected and calculated leaf color parameters(L*a*b*C*H* and E*)from 56 broccoli(Brassica oleracea var. italica)germplasm resources and 74 cauliflower(Brassica oleracea var. botrytis)germplasm resources by using the colorimeter. These six parameters with leaf color-related traits of broccoli and cauliflower were further investigated. The results showed that the values of the color parameters measured by the colorimeter could effectively reflect the difference between blue-green,green,and gray-green of broccoli leaves and the intensity of cauliflower leaf colors. The values of the color parameters a* and b* were essential for identifying broccoli and cauliflower leaf colors. In addition,cuticular waxes on leaf surface also affect the identification of leaf color. The more cuticular waxes resulted in a smaller b* value,corresponding to the more blue-green leaf color. Moreover,the L* value could be used to distinguish leaf between broccoli and cauliflower. This study suggests the color parameters measured by the colorimeter can reflect the relevant characteristics of broccoli and cauliflower leaf color,which could avoid the subjectivity and inaccuracy of the color sensory judgment,providing an important reference for the digital description and quantitative analysis of broccoli and cauliflower leaf color and related traits.
