摘要:

非洲菊(Gerbera hybrida)花色繁多且结构复杂,是研究花色的理想材料。从品种与花色遗传、花色成分与色素分布、花青素苷合成结构基因与调控基因、花色调控因素等4个方面对非洲菊花色形成的调控研究进行综述,以期为非洲菊花色形成机理以及分子育种研究提供理论参考。

Abstract:

Owing to its diverse flower color and complex floral organs,Gerbera hybrida is an ideal species for studying floral pigmentation. Here we reviewed the research progress on the flower pigmentation regulation of G. hybrida from four different aspects including the variety and pigmentation inheritance,composition and distribution of flower pigments,structural and regulatory genes involved in anthocyanin biosynthesis,and the other regulatory factors of flower pigmentation. Our review will provide the reference for the flower pigmentation study and the molecular breeding of G. hybrida.
