大白菜—甘蓝型油菜单体异附加系的获得与鉴定

摘要: 以甘蓝型油菜作为母本,大白菜作为轮回父本,杂交获得BC1 和BC2 群体。通过染色体核
型分析法从BC2 群体中筛选出大白菜—甘蓝型油菜C 基因组6 号单体异附加系,利用甘蓝型油菜C 连锁
群特异SSR 标记鉴定,确定该单体异附加系中的外源染色体与甘蓝型油菜C6 连锁群相对应。

Abstract: In this experiment,BC1 and BC2 populations were derived from a distant hybridization between cabbage type rape(Brassica napus)and Chinese cabbage(B. compestris ssp. pekinensis),using the latter as recurrent parent. A Chinese cabbage with cabbage type rape monosomic alien addition line was identified from the BC2 population through karyotype analysis. SSR marker analysis showed that the monosomic alien addition line was introduced from C-chromosome 6 of cabbage type rape.
