Effect of CaCl2 and 6-BA on Membrane Lipid Peroxidation of Postharvest Jujube Fruits

摘要: 以‘赞皇大枣’为材料, 研究了采前对枣果用CaCl2 和6-BA 喷雾处理对其贮藏期间膜脂过氧化作用的影响。结果表明, 1 % CaCl2 、15 mg·L-1 6-BA 和1 % CaCl2 + 15 mg·L-16-BA 处理枣果, 能抑制枣果过氧化物酶(POD) 和过氧化氢酶(CAT) 活性的下降, 降低丙二醛(MDA) 积累量和果肉组织的相对电导率, 从而抑制枣果的成熟衰老。

Abstract: One fresh jujube ( Zyziphus jujuba Mill. ) variety was used to study the effects ofCaCl2and 6-BA on membrane lipid peroxidation of postharvest fruits. 1 % CaCl2, 15mg·L-16-BA and 1 % CaCl2 + 15mg·L-16-BA were sprayed on jujube fruits before harvest. The decline of POD and CAT activity were restrained , the accumulation of MDA , the relative conductivity were reduced. So the ripening and senescence of fresh jujube were delayed.
