黄瓜倍性鉴定方法的研究

Ploidy Determination in Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.)

摘要: 以黄瓜未受精子房培养的再生植株群体为材料, 研究和比较了几种倍性鉴定方法。结果表明:
体细胞染色体计数法是最可靠的直接方法; 体细胞染色中心大小、异染色质数目以及保卫细胞叶绿体数目与黄瓜倍性密切相关, 是有效的间接方法; 不同倍性植株在长势、花冠形态、花粉粒及结籽等方面有明显差异, 也能间接确定植株倍性。

关键词: 黄瓜, 倍性鉴定

Abstract: Various methods for ploidy determination were investigated and evaluated in cucumber. The results indicated that chromosome counting was the most reliable and precise method , however , it was cumbersome and required skilled cytological techniques; The chromocenter size , heterochromatin number , guard cell chloroplast number and certain plant morphological characteristics have close corelationships with ploidy levels , and are simple and practical methods for ploidy determination but with some shortages.
