摘要: 利用黄瓜( Cucumis sativus L. ) 欧洲温室生态型栽培种高代自交系‘欧洲八号’和华北露地
生态型品种‘秋棚’杂交获得的140 份重组自交系, 采用AFLP、SSR、RAPD 分子标记进行遗传分析, 构建了包含9 个连锁组群, 由234 个标记组成的连锁图谱, 其中包括141 个AFLP 标记、4个SSR 标记和89个RAPD 标记, 覆盖基因组727.5 cM , 平均图距3.1 cM。

Abstract: A 234 point map of cucumber was const ructed f rom a narrow cross between Cucumis sativus L. ‘European 8’and a line from‘Qiupeng’, a cultivar of northern China open field type. The map composed 141 AFL PSs , 4 SSRs and 89 RAPDs and delineated 9 linkage groups spanned 727.5 cM with an average distance of 3.1 cM between the markers. Since there are seven pairs of chromosomes in cucumber and we delineated 9 linkage groups , the map is no fully saturated.
