摘要:

以Ogura改良胞质大白菜(Brassica camperstris ssp. pekinensis) 为母本, 与羽衣甘蓝(B. oleracea var. acephala) 进行种间杂交。结果表明, 上述种间生殖隔离严重, 常规花期杂交不结实, 蕾期多次重复授粉可有效克服不亲和障碍, 花粉管生长基本正常。授粉后补充6-BA和NAA无显著效果。种间F1 染色体数为2n = 19, 为预期真杂种。

Abstract: The paper studied on interspecific cross between Ogura CMS Brassica campestris ssp. pekinensis and B. oleracea var. acephala. The results showed that there was serious segregation between the two parents, which could not give birth to new seeds normally. Repetitious pollination on a single stigma at bud stage overcomed interspecific obstacles effectively. Pollen tubes grew well basically. Supplement of 6-BA and NAA after pollination failed to get hybrids. Number of chromosome of F1 was 2n = 19.
