A New Tetraploid Pear Cultivar‘Zhongcui’

摘要: ‘众翠’梨是从‘翠冠’梨芽变选育而来的四倍体新品种。果实圆形或扁圆形,果皮绿色,外观似‘翠冠’,平均单果质量320 g,果肉脆,细,汁液多,石细胞少,可溶性固形物含量12.6%,总糖含量72.3 mg ? g-1,有机酸含量1.67 mg ? g-1。在上海地区果实成熟期为7月底8月初,盛果期产量22 500 kg ? hm-2。

Abstract: ‘Zhongcui’,a new tetraploid pear cultivar,was selected from the bud mutation of ‘Cuiguan’pear. Its fruit traits are as follows:round or flat-round shape,green peel,as‘Cuiguan’in appearance,crisp flesh,nearly no stone cell,abundance juice,the average fruit weight 320 g,juice total soluble solid(TSS)12.6%,total sugar 72.3 mg ? g-1,organic acid 1.67 mg ? g-1. It matures from late July to early August in Shanghai. Flourishing time trees produce 22 500 kg ? hm-2.
