摘要: 芜菁花叶病毒(TuMV)是危害甘蓝生产的主要病毒。从甘蓝对TuMV的抗性鉴定方法、抗源材料筛选、抗性遗传解析、抗性基因的挖掘与利用以及抗病品种选育等方面综述了甘蓝抗TuMV育种的研究进展,总结了取得的成绩和存在的问题,同时也对下一步研究提出了建议。

关键词: 甘蓝, 芜菁花叶病毒, 抗病育种

Abstract: Turnip mosaic virus(TuMV)is the main virus threatening the production of Brassica oleracea,while cultivation and application of resistance varieties is the main way of disease management. Herein,we summarize the research progress of TuMV resistance breeding for Brassica oleracea,in terms of resistance evaluation method,resistance resources identification,inheritance analysis,mining and application of the resistance genes,as well as cultivation of resistant varieties. Also,the achievements,existing problems,and suggestions for future work are presented.
