大白菜抗根肿病育种研究进展

摘要: 根肿病是由根肿菌属根肿菌(Plasmodiophora brassicae Woron.)侵染引起的专性寄生土传病害,主要危害十字花科作物,是十字花科作物重要病害之一。就中国白菜类蔬菜的根肿病菌生物学特性、分类,防治措施,抗根肿病基因的挖掘及抗病品种育种相关研究进行综述,全面了解根肿菌的侵染原理、存活条件、鉴定方法和大白菜抗根肿病基因的定位、克隆与辅助育种工作,剖析了抗病育种工作存在问题,并探讨展望相应对策,旨在为大白菜抗病育种工作的开展提供参考。

Abstract: Clubroot is a soil-borne disease of the Brassicaceae caused by Plasmodiophora brassicae Woronin. This disease has become one of the main disease of Brassica rapa and other cruciferous crops worldwide. In China,vegetable crops of Brassica rapa make an important role in cruciferous crops. This review introduces the biological features,life cycles,host symptoms and pathotypes differentiation of this disease. Disease management strategies used in China are also involved,especially strategy based on genetic breeding. The research works and application of resistant genes are highlighted. Furthermore,for sustainable development of resistant Brassica rapa breeding,potential problems of using resistant varieties and some prospects are addressed.
