摘要: ‘梦露水晶桃’是从自然实生植株中选育出的中熟白肉桃新品种。果实近圆形,平均单果质量148 g,最大果质量204 g。成熟时果皮底色乳白,80%果面披红霞,着色均匀。果肉白色,近核处紫红色,硬溶质,粘核。果实品质上,可溶性固形物含量14.4%,维生素C含量32.4 mg ? kg-1,酸甜适口,香气浓郁。耐低温贮藏能力强,4 ℃低温可贮藏15 d左右。盛果期平均株产46 kg。

Abstract: ‘Menglu Shuijing’peach is a middle-season peach cultivar selected from a natural seedling. Its fruit shape is round with an average weight of 148 g and the maximum of 204 g. Over 80% of the surface is covered with beautiful pink cloud at ripen stage on the background of milk white skin. Its flesh is white and cling to the stone,but become purple near the stone. The juice contains 14.8% of total soluble solids,32.4 mg ? kg-1 of vitamin C. The taste of fruit is sour and sweet with ripe flavors. The storage time of the fruit last for 15 d at 4 ℃. The average yield is 46 kg per tree in the full bearing period.
