A New Ganoderma lucidum Cultivar‘Taishan Chilingzhi 1(TL-1)’

Abstract: The new Ganoderma lucidum cultivar‘Taishan Chilingzhi 1(TL-1)’was derived from wild species collected from Mountain Tai. The optimum growth temperature of mycelia is 25–28 ℃,and the optimum temperature for fructification stage is 25–30 ℃. It takes about 45 days for mycelium full run when using bag culture. It usually takes 55 days from primordial formation to harvest. The pileus is semi-circle,mahogany to muddy colour and glossy. The biological efficiency of dry goods is above 14%. It has high yield and the fruiting body appearance tidiness.
