Abstract: With ‘Katy’of good self-compatibility asmother and ‘Xinshiji’of good quality as father, ‘Shannongkaixin 1’was bred by combining sexual hybridization and embryo culture methods. It had some characters of early ripening, good quality, self-compatibility and fertility.
