Abstract: ‘Hongxiu Tianxiang’is a new strawberry cultivar which is derived from the cross between
‘Camarosa’as female parent and‘Benihoppe’as male parent. The fruit is long cone-shaped or
wedge-shaped. The average fruit weight is 26.5 g and the largest fruit weight is 98.0 g. The fruit is red with
strong glossiness and excellent aroma，and suitable for storage and transportation. It contains soluble solids
of 10.5%，vitamin C of 0.485 mg · g^-1，the total sugar of 4.48%，the total acid of 0.48%，and fruit firmness
of 3.159 kg · cm^-2. It is resistance to powdery mildew. The ripening date is in early-mid January in the
greenhouse of Beijing.
