Abstract: ‘Mingzhu 1’ is a mid-early maturity variety with middle growth, high resistance to disease, easy fruits setting, and high yield. The fruit developing period is 35 - 40 days. Its fruit is round with white smooth peel and about 1.5 kg in average fruitmass. The fruit has good storage and shipping quality with white flesh, 4 cm in thickness, small inner cavity. The flesh is loose and soft in texture, faint scent, excellent taste and flavor, and soluble solid content is over 16%.
