Analysis of Relationships of Cauliflower, Broccoli and Purple Cauliflower byAFLP

Abstract: Genetic relationships of inbreed line of cauliflower , broccoli and purple cauliflower were examimed by AFLP technology. 4901 bands were detected by using eight pairs of selective primers. Clustering analysis showed: cauliflower, broccoli, purple cauliflower and yellow cauliflower were divided into four groups, as to hered itary distance, it is close between purple cauliflower and broccoli, cauliflower is distant from others, yellow cauliflower is in midst. The art icle analysed relationships of cauliflower on molecular lever, and the method of analysing relat ionships of cauliflower with AFLP was studied.
