New Begonia Varieties——‘White King’, ‘Silvery Pearl’ and ‘Tropical Girl’

Abstract

Abstract: ‘White King’is natural variety of Begonia rex . It is rhizomatic herb with white spot area on the green leaf surface and white flower and green fruits. Silvery Pearl! is a variety of B . hemasleyana. It is a beautiful ornamental plant with stable silvery pear-like spots on leaf surface different from the latter, but its flower is usually a little smaller than that of B . emasleyana. Tropical Girl! is the new variety selected from B . pr otrata. It is a tropical plant with white spots on leaf surface and pink or white flower.
