Abstract: ‘Jinyou 325’is a new cucumber cultivar with resistance to scab in greenhouse bred by crossing inbred line B180-1-1SR obtained by molecular marker-assisted breeding technology as female parent and X-5 as male parent. The plant has strong growth vigor,leaves are medium in size,and the main vine bears fruit,and parthenocarpy ability is strong. The growth speed of the fruit is fast,the fruit strips are rod-shaped and straight,the length of waist fruit is about 35 cm,and the single fruit weight is about 260 g. The fruit peel is green,the fruit pulp is crisp and sweet,with light green in color and good quality. It has strong tolerant to low temperature,weak light and good tolerant to heat. High resistance to cucumber scab,Fusarium wilt,Corynespora leaf spot,moderate resistance to downy mildew and powdery mildew. The yield are over 300 000 kg · hm^-2. It is suitable for over wintering and early spring cultivation in sunlight greenhouse,and can also be planted in spring greenhouse and late autumn greenhouse in some areas.
