不同温度条件下茄子发芽率与其低温耐性关系初探

摘要: 用已知对低温敏感性差异较大的4个茄子材料,在不同温度条件下测定其发芽率,通过耐冷
指数的构建和48个茄子材料的田间实际耐低温检验,认为经过赤霉素1 μL/L溶液浸种后在20 ℃催芽96 h 的发芽率可以作为鉴定茄子耐低温的指标。

关键词: 茄子, 发芽率, 耐冷性, 鉴定指标

Abstract: Four materials were used to study the appraisal methods and indexes for eggplant low-temperature ,Index of chiming tolerance was established and 48 eggplant materials were tested by planting in the 2 tunnels under low-temperature actually.The resuhs showed that the germination percentage germ inated for 96 h under 20 ℃ after seed soaking by gibberellin solution 1 μL/Lcould explore eggplant low-temperature tolerance correctly.
