大白菜显性核基因雄性不育性向紫菜薹的转育初报

摘要: 根据复等位基因遗传假说, 利用大白菜核不育系98107-1 作为不育源, 以紫菜薹ZB3 为目标亲
本, 经过杂交、自交、兄妹交等转育手段, 将雄性不育基因转育到紫菜薹中, 获得紫菜薹“甲型”两用系、临时保持系和雄性不育系。

Abstract: The male sterile lines 98107-1 in Chinese cabbage 〔Brassica campestris ssp. pekinensis (Lour)Olsson〕was being used as a source of male sterility and the fertile lines purple-caitai (Brassica campestris L. var.purpurea Bailey) ZB3 as target parent . The gene of male sterility was transferred to the purple-caitai by crossing ,selfing , sibling and test crossing. New AB lines type I , new male sterile lines and their corresponding temporary maintainer lines of purple-caitai were abstained.
