摘要: 对果树倍性育种的主要研究进展进行了综述,包括单倍体产生途径和育种应用、多倍体的诱变方法、无性多倍化和有性多倍化的途径、嵌合体的纯化、倍性鉴定方法、植物多倍化的遗传效应及其对果树生长发育和抗逆性的影响等;提出了果树倍性育种中存在的主要问题及对策。

关键词: 果树, 单倍体, 多倍体, 倍性鉴定, 嵌合体纯化

Abstract: The research advances and achievements on ploidy breeding in fruit trees were summarized,including haploid creation paths and its application,polyploid induction methods,ways of asexual and sexual polyploidy breeding,purification of mixploids,ploidy identification,genetic mechanism of polyploidy,effects of polyploidization on development and stress resistance,etc. Furthermore,the main problems,countermeasure and prospects of fruit tree ploidy breeding were also put forward based on authors’ ploidy breeding practices and experiences.
