Phylogenetic Relationships among Cultivated Allium species from RAPD Analysis of the Chloroplast Genome

摘要: 提取我国栽培的几种主要葱属植物的叶绿体DNA , 利用RAPD 技术进行遗传关系分析。从56 个10 bp 随机引物中筛选出18 个多态性引物进行扩增分析, 14 个材料共扩增出270 条带, 其中246 条具多态性。UPGMA 聚类将供试葱属品种分成4 个组。葱属在进化上存在两个方向, 分别形成了管状叶和扁平叶两种类型。

Abstract: Fourteen Allium cultivars were analyzed by RAPD technique to determine their genetic relations. Of the 56 decamer primers screened , 18 showed consistent band pattern and amplification , and produced 270 bands with 246
polymorphic bands in the chloroplast genomes. The genetic distances among the materials ranged from 0 to 13. 2. Four sections were classified by UPGMA cluster analysis , which demonstrated that welsh onion chive and bunching onion should be divided into Fistulosum , bulb onion and shallot be clustered into Cepa , the others belong to Porrum and Rhiziridium. There might exist two directions in Allium evolution , pipy leaf type and flat leaf type of Allium were formed.
