摘要:

20世纪80年代初中国辣椒年种植面积不到26.67万hm2,经过20年的发展,至2000年种植面积达133.33万hm2,2015年种植面积达214.67万hm2,且保持稳定,成为中国种植面积最大的蔬菜作物。作者根据生产实践和调查研究综述了中国辣椒产业40年大发展趋势和未来发展的方向。

Abstract:

In the early 1980s,the annual chili pepper cultivation area was less than 266 700 hm2 in China. After two decades of development,the area reached 1 333 300 hm2 by 2000,reached 21 466 700 hm2 in 2015,maintaining stability and becoming the largest vegetable crop in China. Based on production practices and research surveys,the authors review the major trends in the rapid development of China’s chili pepper industry over the past 40 years and outline the future direction.
