A New Pepper Cultivar‘Layan 511’

摘要: ‘辣研511’是由y220A作为母本,8819无毛散作为父本配制的优势杂交种辣椒新品种。果实呈羊角形,果面微皱有光泽,青果绿色,熟果鲜红。果长18.4 cm,横径2.4 cm,单果质量11.7 g,鲜椒产量24 013.2 kg · hm-2。维生素C含量1 512 mg · kg-1,辣椒素0.194%,香辣适中,宜鲜食。田间长势旺,抗旱性、耐盐碱性强,适宜在西南、西北地区春夏季露地栽培。

Abstract: ‘Layan 511’,a new dominance hybrid pepper cultivar,was bred by y220A(female parent) and 8819 Wumaosan(male parent). The horn-shaped fruit is bright,slightly wrinkled,and the unripe fruit is green. The ripe fruit is bright red with a length of 18.4 cm,a transverse diameter of 2.4 cm and single fruit weight of 11.7 g. The yield of fresh pepper is 24 013.2 kg · hm-2. The flesh contains 1 512 mg · kg-1 vitamin C,0.194% capsaicin with a moderate spicy flavor and a focus on fresh-eating. The cultivar,with a good resistance to drought and salt in the field,is suitable for open field cultivation in southwest and northwest regions in spring and summer.
