摘要: 2–苯乙醇具有愉悦的果香和蜂蜜香味,不仅是植物果实和许多鲜花中重要的香气化合物,并且还具有抗菌和昆虫引诱作用。目前关于2–苯乙醇的代谢途径仅在番茄、玫瑰花、矮牵牛花中有研究和报道,并已从番茄、玫瑰花等植物中克隆到编码其生物合成关键酶的全长基因。综述了植物中2–苯乙醇代谢合成途径的最新研究进展,并对其研究前景进行了展望。

Abstract: 2-Phenylethanol,with a pleasant fruit incense and honey incense,is not only an important aromatic compound in the fruits and flowers of many plants,but also possesses antimicrobial and insect-attractive properties. The present studies on 2-phenylethanol biosynthetic metabolism only focus on tomatoes,roses,petunia flowers,and the full-length genes encoding key enzymes of biosynthetic pathway have been cloned from tomatoes,roses and some other plants. In this paper,the latest progress in 2-phenylethanol biosynthesis is summarized and the research prospect in this field is analyzed.
