摘要: 以小金海棠组培苗为试材,对其进行苹果潜隐病毒接种、脱毒及检测方法的研究,探讨了一

Abstract: Abstract:An eficient system of elimination and detection viruses for Malus xiaoiinensis was studied in this
article.The results obtained showed that 20 day constan t or 30 day alternating heat therapy in combination with tip
propagation Was efective to eliminate ACLSV and ASGV 0f M . xiaoiinensis. 1e results also indicated that PAS—
EU SA Was relatively sensitive while micmgrafting technique in vitro Was not suitable to detect ACLSV an d ASGV 0f
