西瓜核雄性不育系雄花蕾发育过程中内源激素和多胺动态变化分析

Changes of Endogenous Hormones and Polyamines in Male Flower Buds of Nuclear Male Sterile G17AB Line Watermelon

摘要: 以西瓜核雄性不育‘G17AB’两用系为试材, 对不育与可育雄花蕾组织中的内源激素和多胺含量的动态变化进行了对比分析, 结果表明, 不育雄花蕾中IAA、GAS 含量不足, 而ZRs含量偏高, ABA峰值出现较早, 各种多胺组分的变化趋势异常。

关键词: 西瓜, 核雄性不育, 内源激素, 多胺

Abstract: Nuclearmale sterile G17AB line watermelon was chosen as xperimentalmaterial. Changes of endogenous hormones and polyamines contentwere compared between male sterile flower buds and male sterile flower buds. The result showed that in male sterile flower buds, the IAA content and GAS contentwere lower while the ZRs content was higher than that in male fertile flower buds, and the peak value of ABA content appeared earlier. In addition, the changes of polyamineswere abnormal in male sterile in male sterile flower buds.
