无土栽培基质中的微生物及其对作物生长发育的影响

Microorganism in Soilless Substrates and Its Effects on Crop Growth

摘要: 介绍了无土栽培基质中微生物的种类、数量, 微环境对微生物生长繁殖的影响, 微生物对无土栽培作物生长发育的影响等。基质中微生物种类和数量因基质类型不同而存在显著差异, 而且其种类和活性极易受基质环境因子的影响, 种群主要以细菌为主, 其次是真菌、放线菌、霉菌等, 它们能够参与基质中的营养转化, 提高植物抗逆性, 但在基质中也引起一些真菌病害和少量的细菌病害。本文还提出了基质微生物研究的方向和存在的问题, 并就基质微生物研究利用的前景进行了展望。

Abstract: The report introduced species, quantity of microorganism in soilless substrates, effects of microenvironment of soilless substrates on the existence of microorganism and effects of microorganism on crop growth. There were significant differences on species and quantity of microorganism amongst substrates. Species and their activitieswere influenced by environmental factors of in substrates and the main specieswas bacteria and followed by fungi, actinomyces, mildew and so on in the substrates. The microorganisms can help transformation of nutrition in the substrates and enhance stress resistance of p lants, but some fungi and bacterial diseases also occurred in the substrates. The p rospect, direction and p roblem of researches on utilizing microorganism in soilless culture were discussed as well.
