Observation and Comparison on Pollen Morphology of A New Hybrid LoquatVariety‘Zaozhong 6’and Its Parents

摘要: 对枇杷杂交新品种‘早钟6号’与父母本(‘森尾早生’和‘解放钟’) 的花粉形状、大小、
萌发孔、表面纹饰进行显微观察, 应用扫描探针显微镜图像处理程序建立三维图象进行分析, 结果表明: 3个品种花粉都是长球形, 具3 孔沟; 父本、母本及子代花粉的极/ 赤( P/ E) 值分别为: 1. 346 、1. 268 、1. 193; 花粉平均轴径为20. 71 、24. 33 、23. 83 􀀁m; 花粉大小及表面纹饰有明显差异; 子代‘早钟6号’的花粉形态介于父本母本之间。从孢粉学角度阐述杂交种‘早钟6号’与父母本间的亲缘关系。

Abstract: Shapes, sizes, germinal apertures and surface sculpture of a new hybrid loquat variety‘Zaozhong 6’and its parents ‘Moriowase’and ‘Jiefangzhong’were observed with the aid of scanning electron microscope and optical microscope in the experiment in order to study their genetic relationship. The observation results were treated and analyzed by scanning probe microscope ( SPM ) picture treating technology. The results showed that the pollens of three loquat variet ies resembled a prolate in shapes, and the number of apertures were 3, which belonged to the colporate type. Pollen's P/ E ratioes of Moriowase, Jiefangzhong and the hybrid were 1. 346, 1. 268 and 1. 193, respectively, their pollen's average axial diameters were 20. 71 µm, 24. 33 µm and 23. 83 µm, respect ively. The pollen characteristics of three variet ies evidently differred in the size and exine sculptures, but which of Zaozhong 6 was between parents, thus, the genetic relationship between the hybrid and its parents were revealed from palynology angle, the new clues were provided for the classification, organization, evolution and genet ic relationship of loquat varieties.
