摘要: 概述了辣椒基因组公布近10年来,辣椒种内和种间遗传图谱构建,园艺性状、果实性状和抗病性状等重要性状遗传定位,全基因组关联分析和候选基因预测等研究进展。

Abstract: In this paper,the research progress of pepper(Capsicum spp.)after whole genome sequencing in the past ten years were summarized,including the construction of intraspecific and interspecific genetic maps,whole genome association analysis,and genetic mapping and candidate gene analysis of horticultural traits,fruit traits and disease resistance.
