A New F1 Hybrid of Wax-gourd (Benincasa hispida cogn. ) ‘Qingza 3’

Abstract: ‘Qingza 3’ is a hybrid of self􀀁bred line 90-31-N33 crossing with the inbred line 91-43-51. Its advan tages includs fine fruit characters, high yield, convenient transportation, good keeping quality and middle maturity. It
was extended in region of Changjiang River and suitable for the unusual season cultivation in the coastal areas of Guang dong, Hainan and other southern vegetable production bases of China.
