Abstract: ‘Yuhuang’is derived from the variation of the natural hybridization of the Cinnamomum caphora cultivar‘Yongjin’. The new leaves are goose yellow，and turn to yellow or light yellow when they are mature. The flowers are yellow. The shoots are red，and turn to light red after semi-lignification，then become yellow or brown after suberification. Peel of young fruit is light yellow，pedicel and fruit carpopodium are yellow. The leaves and flowers of the cultivar are vivid，trunks and branches are dazzling，and the color change with seasonal aspect. The cultivar has high ornamental value and application prospect.
