Abstract

Abstract: A high-resolution genetic linkage map of litchi（Litchi chinensis Sonn.）was constructed from a compatible mating between isolates from the ‘Maguili’ and the‘Jiaohe Sanyuehong’groups with Random-Amplified Polymorphic DNA（RAPD），Sequence-Related Amplified Polymorphism（SRAP） and Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism（AFLP）. The linkage analysis produced 20 linkage groups in ‘Maguili’，which contained 238 markers，covering a total genetic distance of 1 096.59 cM. The physical size to genetic distance was approximately 4.61 cM；Nineteen linkage groups were regenerated in‘Jiaohe Sanyuehong’，which contained 239 markers, covering 881.36 cM，with an average genetic distance of 3.69 cM
