Abstract: The research result of the in vitro propagation of the Phaeomeria magnifica is presented in this paper. The results showed that: Using MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+CW 10% ills proliferation median3. An optimal proliferation rate Wills obtained, the proliferation rate could reach 4.3 times:Using double shoots ills explants, after 30 clays of culture in this median3, it could amplify 5.4 times. The root formation of Phaeomeria magnifica tissue culture shoots had a low demand for exotic hormones, even in a medium of no hormones it could still form a gooa root system, the rooting rate could reach 100%.The transplantation of Phaeomeria magnisqca tissue culture shoots wills simple and feasible. There wills no strict demand for matrix, when the planflets were transplanted to superficial soil, the survival rate could reach 100%.and the plants grew well.

Key words: Phaeomeria magnisqca, Adventitious shoot, Rapid propagation via tissue culture
