Abstract: ‘Ningnongke 10’is a medium fruit type F₁ hybrid of early maturity，bred by crossing selfing line X11011 as female parent and selfing line WN10-7 as male parent. The whole growth period is 98–108 days，and fruit development period is 25–28 days. The fruit is of elliptical shape and the fruit type index is 1.3. Its peel is green covered with dark green strips，and 0.8–1.0 cm in thickness. The flesh is red in color and crisp. The soluble solids content in center part is 11.0%–12.0%．The single fruit weight is 4.0–5.0 kg. It can yield 57 000–67 500 kg · hm^-2．The plant growth vigor is strong. It has saline-alkaline tolerance and good adaptability. This cultivar is tolerant to storage and transportation. It is easy to bear fruit. It is suitable for protected and open field cultivation in Ningxia and the surrounding areas.
